Wallow Fire (b) (again) – Apache/Sitgreaves NF – Reserve, NM – 6-20-11 to 6-29. Night shift based out of Hannigan Meadow spike camp – protection of Hwy 191 from Stray Horse Work Center south.
Monument Fire – Coronado National Monument – Palominas, AZ – 6-15 to 6-17 – pulled from the Wallow Fire, assisted in night shift patrol on Hereford Road. Timed out, mandatory R & R.
Wallow Fire – Apache/Sitgreaves NF – Alpine, Nutrioso, Greer, Eager & Springerville, AZ and Luna, NM, 6-2 to 6-14 – Structure Protection for Nutrioso.
Horseshoe 2 (b) (again), CNF – Portal, AZ – 5-24-11 to 6-1. Structure protection for Paradise and Cave Creek.
Horseshoe 2 – Coronado NF, Portal, AZ, 5-8-11 to 5-18-11. Night shift STEN patrolling from Portal south to deep into Horseshoe Canyon, and Structure Protection STEN for Portal up to Research Center.
White Fire – Lincoln NF, Ruidoso, NM, 4-4-11 to 4-9-11. Assisted in Div D, holding east lines (north of quarry), patrol, mop up and STEN training. Loaned to Div C to extinguish (with CAF) smoldering tires under the property of the burned house along Highway 70.
